Information We Collect When You Use Our Services or Visit Our Website

  1. Cookies, Tracking and Logs: We collect anonymous data from every visitor of our website to monitor traffic and fix bugs. For example, we collect information like the referral website (e.g., the website that referred you to our website), pages accessed, web requests, the data sent in response to such requests, the Internet Protocol (IP) address, the browser type, the browser language, and a timestamp for the request. In order to enable any login based feature, we use cookies to store session information and preferences for your convenience. You can block or delete cookies and still be able to use Full Help, although if you do you will then be asked for your email and password every time you log in to our website. We do not track individual users.

We store personal information on servers that are managed by us and our service providers, and occasionally hard copy files that are kept in a secure location in P.R. and U.S. All data sent from and to our website, including personal information, are transmited using a secure encrypted connection (SSL). Data Retention

Your ability to access and correct your information may be termporarily limited where access and correction could: inhibit Full Help's ability to comply with a legal obligation; inhibit Full Help's ability to investigate, make or defend legal claims; result in disclosure of personal information about a third party; or result in a breach of contract or disclosure of trade secrets or other proprietary business information belonging to Full Help or a third party.

Your Choices

You can use some of the features of the Services without registering, thereby limiting the type of information that we collect.

You may unsubscribe from receiving certain promotional emails from us. If you wish to do so, simply follow the instructions found at the end of the email. Even if you unsubscrib, we may still contact you for informationa, transactional, account-related, or similar purposes.

Full Help is a local business with international service providers. We may transfer personal information to countries other than the country in which the data was originally collected.
